MEDAL COSTS
How much do your bespoke medals cost?
Cost depends on many factors, such as the medal size, colour, thickness, design and quantity required.
The more medals you order, the cheaper the cost per medal.
We can provide a full no obligation quote for you, based on your requirements.

What do you need from me?
We need you to have a good idea of what design you are looking for.
This can include ready made artwork from yourself, a logo or even a rough hand drawn sketch.
We are happy to assist with designing your medal and can also advise what works best for your requirements.
TIMELINE
How long does it take to create my medals?
You will be sent full colour artwork to approve, before production goes ahead.
Once this has been approved, we need around 6-8 weeks to produce.
MEDAL ARTWORK
How long does it take to received my arrtwork?
Once an order has been placed, we will send you full colour artwork to approve. This is usually within 5 working days.
Can I make any changes to the artwork, if required?
We can amend your artwork until you are completely happy with how it looks.
The artwork can be amended up to 3 times, after this you may incur a surcharge of £25 for each further amendment required.

What materials can medals be made from?
We can create medals from a variety of materials, including metal, wood, plastic, porcelain.
What size medals can you do?
Medals can be literally any shape or size, according to your requirements.
A standard medal is generally around 60-80mm, with a 3mm thickness, but it really just depends on what you are looking for and your budget. The larger the medal, the higher the cost.
What shape medals can you do?
We can create medals in any shape you like.
You can have a standard round, square or rectangle, or the medal can be cut out around an image.
This also includes cut out parts of the actual medal - for example - as in the forget me not medal example above.
What colour medals can you do?
Medals can be created in standard medal colours, such as -
Shiny Gold, Silver, Bronze
Antique Gold, Silver, Bronze
Partially enamelled colour medals
Fully enamelled colour medals
Colour sprayed medals
Black medals
What about medal ribbons?
We have several different ribbon options including -
plain or striped grosgrain ribbon
full colour printed sateen ribbon - this can include a logo, image and/or text.

Ordering process
Share your vision
Tell us the medal style, shape, thickness, ribbon details, colour & quantity of what you are looking for.
Rough sketches are very helpful, to help us understand your vision.
Receive a quote
We will then send you a no obligation quote for your consideration.
We may need to ask more questions, before we get to this point to enable us to give you an accurate price.
Place an order
If you are happy with the quote given, then we ask you to place an order with us.
The full amount is payable now before we move to the next stage of artwork.
Review your artwork
We will send you full colour artwork of your medal design for your approval.
This can be amended until you are completely happy with it.
Your Medals are created for you
Once you have signed off the artwork, your medals will go into production.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for them to be created.
Receive your medals
Your medals will be shipped to you, as soon as they are ready, by courier.
